Loizos Loizou, a 22-year-old Cypriot winger from Omonia Nicosia, has attracted interest from Lech Poznań. The interest was verified by George Tsarouchas and the agency managing Loizou's career, countering earlier claims from Sport1.pl that Lech's management was not pursuing the move. Tsarouchas indicated that Lech is highly interested in the player and may be prepared to meet Omonia's asking price of approximately one million euros. Loizou, who has played 195 matches for Omonia, netting 31 goals and providing 22 assists, is also being watched by Djurgårdens and is keen on a new challenge. His current contract is valid until May 2026. According to Transfermarkt, the player's current market value is €1.20m.
