AC Perugia Calcio has secured the sports performances of Lithuanian player Linas Megelaitis. The seasoned midfielder has committed to a contract lasting until June 30, 2027. Megelaitis, who was previously valued by Perugia's current sports director, Mauro Meluso, during his tenure at Lecce, a former team of the player, joins Perugia as a free agent. This move marks the eighth acquisition for Perugia in this transfer window. Born in 1998, the Lithuanian will soon celebrate his 27th birthday and boasts 224 appearances in Lega Pro with various clubs, including Viterbese, Gubbio, Sicula Leonzio, Lecce, and most recently, Rimini.
