Lazar Romanić has completed a permanent transfer to Kawasaki Frontale from Vojvodina. During the 2025 season, he made 20 appearances for Vojvodina, contributing five goals and five assists. Kawasaki Frontale announced the transfer on August 2, 2025. Romanić is set to don the number 91 jersey and will play as a forward. The 27-year-old Serbian forward has previously been part of clubs such as OFK Beograd, Borac Čačak, Lamia, and Železničar Pančevo. Currently, Kawasaki Frontale stands in seventh place in the Japanese league with 38 points, trailing eight points behind the league leaders, Kobe. Romanić's contract with the Japanese team is valid until June 30, 2028. As per Transfermarkt, his market value is estimated at €1.50m, marking the highest point of his career.
