FC St. Gallen wants to extend the contract with their 29-year-old Ghanaian goalkeeper, Lawrence Ati Zigi, whose contract runs until June 2027. A financial limit exists for the extension because he is already among the top earners. The club is currently responsible for the decision. Ati Zigi, who joined the club in January 2020, has 32 caps for Ghana and a current market value of €1.50m according to Transfermarkt.
