Sanfrecce Hiroshima are close to signing Aberdeen striker Kusini Yengi. It is understood that the two clubs have agreed to a season-long loan for the Australia international, which includes an option to buy. Yengi, 27, is scheduled to fly to Japan for a medical and to complete the necessary paperwork. The move will be a return to the J League for Yengi, after he spent the second half of the previous season on loan at Cerezo Osaka. Cerezo Osaka did not activate their option-to-buy clause.
