Sigma Olomouc is exploring the possibility of re-signing their academy graduate, Kryštof Daněk, from Sparta Praha. The club has shown interest in the midfielder before, having previously inquired about him before he was loaned out to Pardubice and subsequently to his current club, LASK Linz. The Austrian team holds an option to make the transfer permanent. Jan Dočkal of seznamzpravy.cz reported that Sigma can offer Daněk a role in their Conference League spring play-off campaign. The club is also aiming for a top-six finish in the Chance liga to fight for European qualification next season. Coach Tomáš Janotka has stated a desire to strengthen the team's offense.
