Sigma Olomouc wants to re-acquire their former player Kryštof Daněk from Sparta Prague on a permanent transfer, having previously attempted to loan him. Daněk and Sparta previously had a preference for a loan to Pardubice, followed by a loan to the Austrian club LASK Linz, which holds an option to buy the 22-year-old midfielder. Sigma would need to negotiate with both Sparta and LASK. Three years ago, Sigma sold Daněk for approximately thirty million crowns.

Sigma Olomouc is exploring the possibility of re-signing their academy graduate, Kryštof Daněk, from Sparta Praha. The club has shown interest in the midfielder before, having previously inquired about him before he was loaned out to Pardubice and subsequently to his current club, LASK Linz. The Austrian team holds an option to make the transfer permanent. Jan Dočkal of seznamzpravy.cz reported that Sigma can offer Daněk a role in their Conference League spring play-off campaign. The club is also aiming for a top-six finish in the Chance liga to fight for European qualification next season. Coach Tomáš Janotka has stated a desire to strengthen the team's offense.
