Khadim Diaw Transfer from Al Hilal Omdurman to JS Kabylie
According to Africafoot, JS Kabylie is among the teams interested in signing Khadim Diaw, who has reportedly asked Al Hilal for permission to leave. Despite this agreement in principle, the leaders of the Sudanese club still refuse to facilitate the transfer. In an interview with Africafoot, a source close to the player said they consider the player to be free from any contract, stating that he has gone more than three months without receiving his salary, which constitutes a contractual breach. The source added that the player never wanted to create tensions within the club and that a clause stipulated Al Hilal had to release him if an offer came in. The source said they were pushed to act to defend their rights and that the case has been brought before FIFA, making the player free to choose his future club. Khadim Diaw and his representatives have given their consent to JS Kabylie. The three-year contract is ready, awaiting administrative approval. A source close to the player stated that they have reached an agreement in principle with JS Kabylie. The source added that the Algerian leaders greatly appreciate the player's profile and want to finalize the deal as soon as possible. The source also said the case is still pending before FIFA's dispute chamber, but they will not give up and that Khadim's choice must be respected. The 27-year-old Mauritanian international has a current market value estimated by Transfermarkt to be €175k.
