PSV has presented eighteen-year-old attacker Keziah Oteng-Mensah, who has joined from Eintracht Frankfurt to play for Jong PSV. The German, who also holds Ghanaian nationality, was signed to address an attacking problem at the club following Sami Bouhoudane's departure.
