Kevin Rüegg, a 27-year-old Swiss right-back, is a candidate to leave FC Basel. He has been limited to a substitute role at the club, which he joined in July 2024, partly because of injuries. His contract with FC Basel is valid until June 2027. The former Switzerland U21 international has 17 caps for the team and a current market value of €600k, according to Transfermarkt.
