Dutch-Surinamese central midfielder Kenzo Goudmijn is joining Grasshoppers on loan from the English second-tier club Derby County. The transfer was finalized on Swiss Deadline Day. The 24-year-old player, who was trained at AZ Alkmaar, has been under contract with Derby County for two years, and his deal is valid until 2028. Last season, Goudmijn was on loan to Go Ahead Eagles in the Netherlands, where he made 23 appearances and scored one goal. The player has six caps for the Netherlands U19 team. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €700k.
