Karol Angielski, a 30-year-old Polish striker, is set to leave Pogoń Szczecin for Nea Salamina. It is reported that the player has no future at the Polish club, which he joined in January 2026. He has been granted permission to find a new team and has not featured in any Ekstraklasa squads this season. It was also reported that Polish clubs including Piast Gliwice, Radomiak Radom, and Polonia Warszawa were interested in the striker, but Angielski is closest to a move abroad. Nea Salamina, a newly promoted side in the Cypriot top division, is eager to strengthen its attack with the Polish forward. Angielski previously had a successful period in the country with AEK Larnaka. The transfer is expected to be completed without a fee, as Angielski is working to terminate his contract with Pogoń Szczecin. That contract was originally set to expire on June 30, 2027. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €400k.
