Empoli has communicated that it reached an agreement with Sudtirol for the player's temporary acquisition, which includes an obligation to buy if certain conditions are met. Sudtirol has stated that it reached an agreement with Empoli for the temporary transfer of Karim Zedadka's playing rights until 30 June 2027, with an obligation to buy.

Offensive winger Karim Zedadka, a 26-year-old French-Algerian player, will transfer to Empoli from Südtirol, which he joined in July 2024. The finalized deal is structured as a loan with an obligation to buy. Zedadka, whose contract at Südtirol runs until June 2027, will move to the Tuscan club to strengthen their squad for the new season. His current market value is €400k, according to Transfermarkt.
