Kai Enslin, a 20-year-old academy graduate of Japanese and English nationality, has joined National League South side Dorking Wanderers on loan for the rest of the 2025/26 season. The midfielder has made four senior appearances for the Addicks since his professional debut in November 2024. Charlton's Individual Development Coach, Dave Huzzey, stated that it is a very good opportunity for Enslin to experience senior football with a successful team. Huzzey also noted that the two clubs already have a strong relationship and that he hopes the player can transfer his positive U21s performances to the men's game to continue his development.
