Justin Kluivert Transfer from AFC Bournemouth to Bayer 04 Leverkusen
Bayer Leverkusen, guided by their new manager Erik ten Hag, has initiated contact with Bournemouth concerning Justin Kluivert. Ten Hag reportedly regards Kluivert as the perfect successor to Florian Wirtz, after a preliminary agreement was reached for Wirtz's transfer to Liverpool for a reported total package of 136.5 million euros. Leverkusen intends to allocate part of this income towards enhancing their squad for the upcoming season. Nonetheless, Bournemouth has indicated that Kluivert is not available for transfer unless an appropriate fee is proposed. Bournemouth is looking for a fee significantly greater than double the 10.8 million euros they spent to sign Kluivert from AS Roma in the summer of 2023. Kluivert has made a notable impression at Bournemouth, featuring in 75 matches, scoring 22 goals, and providing 10 assists, with his contract extending until 2028.
