The Czech club Sigma made an offer of around 650,000 euro for AC Horsens' 23-year-old Danish attacking midfielder Julius Madsen. The offer was rejected by 'Den Gule Fare'. Without commenting on specific cases, AC Horsens' sports director, Esben Hansen, acknowledged that this was not an isolated event. Hansen stated that there have been bids for many of their players. Madsen joined AC Horsens in January 2024 and his contract runs until the end of 2027. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €550k.
