German centre-forward Julian Kania, 24, has joined VfL Osnabrück from Arminia Bielefeld, despite concrete interest from Dutch Eredivisie clubs Go Ahead Eagles and SC Heerenveen. All parties have agreed on a loan deal until the summer that does not include a purchase option.
