Earlier this summer, Aalesund expressed a desire to sign Julian Gonstad, a 20-year-old Norwegian striker, from his club, HamKam. HamKam has already rejected two offers for the player, including one from IK Start. Erlend Borren Kristoffersen of TV2.no reports that Ruch Chorzów is expected to submit a bid for Gonstad soon. According to the same source, several other Norwegian clubs are also interested. The source also indicates that HamKam values the striker at over half a million euros and wants to include a high percentage from a future transfer in any potential deal. Gonstad has 13 caps for the Norway U19 team. He joined HamKam in August 2021 and has a contract until the end of 2028. His current Transfermarkt market value is €800k.
