Juande Rivas has committed to a long-term contract with Piast Gliwice, becoming the club's seventh new addition during this summer's transfer window. The agreement lasts until the end of June 2027, with the option to extend it for another year. Rivas, who can play both as a defender and a right-back, brings experience from LaLiga 2, where he appeared in 108 matches, predominantly with Málaga. He concluded his time in Spain as a reserve player for Tenerife, participating in 12 matches last season, during which the team faced relegation to a lower division. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is estimated to be 400k euros.
