According to César Luis Merlo, negotiations between Atlas and Tigres for the transfer of 28-year-old Mexican centre-back Juan José Purata are advanced. The defender joined Tigres in July 2018, has one cap for Mexico, and his contract runs until 2029. His current market value is €3.50m, according to Transfermarkt.
