Joshua Quarshie Transfer from Southampton to Eintracht Frankfurt
Eintracht Frankfurt is reportedly interested in signing 21-year-old German central defender Joshua Quarshie, who also holds Ghanaian citizenship, from FC Southampton as a potential defensive reinforcement. Quarshie joined the English second-division club from TSG Hoffenheim last summer for a fee of 3.5 million euros, after a six-month loan at SpVgg Greuther Fürth. While he has not yet become a regular starter at Southampton, making 13 appearances in the Championship this season, he has made six appearances for the German U21 national team. His contract with the club is valid until June 30, 2029, and his current market value is €4.00m, according to Transfermarkt.
