Former Reading youngsters Joseph Ntege, a 16-year-old Swedish-Ugandan winger, and his twin Jubilee are nearing a move to Nottingham Forest. Norwich City, Augsburg, and Genk were also interested in the pair following their departure from Reading. The move to the Premier League comes after Joseph registered a combined 35 goals and assists across all competitions last season.
