The transfer is being finalized with the utilization of a release clause valued at only 40,000 euros, a consequence of Śląsk Wrocław's relegation from Ekstraklasa. Despite the team's relegation, Pozo has distinguished himself as a key player, having joined from Cyprus's Karmiotissa during the winter and contributing a goal and two assists in fifteen appearances. According to Piotr Koźmiński from Goal.pl, the deal is almost complete. Under the new ownership of Alex Haditaghi, Pogoń Szczecin aims to vie for top positions in the upcoming season with Pozo's assistance.
