Jordan Veretout is set to continue his career in Qatar. The 32-year-old midfielder from Olympique Lyonnais, who played 27 matches and scored 2 goals in Ligue 1 for the 2024-2025 season, has agreed to a two-year contract with Al Arabi. Both clubs reached an agreement on Friday evening, as reported by Foot Mercato. Olympique Lyonnais will receive a small sum of money and save on the salary for the last year of Veretout's contract. Veretout, previously with Marseille, is making this move to further his career in the Middle East. Transfermarkt currently estimates his market worth at 4.00m euros.
