The transfer fee discussed is around three million Euros, which would make Therkelsen Holstein Kiel's record signing. The club wants to sign him regardless of their league status in the upcoming season. Therkelsen has played 60 games in the Norwegian Eliteserien, and his contract runs until 2027.
