La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Fenerbahce made an offer for Jonathan Rowe, but Bologna rejected the offer.

According to Fanatik, Jonathan Rowe is Fenerbahçe's primary transfer target. The club has contacted Bologna to inquire about the possibility of a loan move for Rowe and has also begun talks with the player's management company. While Bologna's new manager Domenico Tedesco wants Rowe to stay, the Italian club is willing to sell him if a good offer is made.

Fenerbahçe has a serious interest in Jonathan Rowe, a 23-year-old English winger who plays for Bologna. The Turkish club's management plans to allocate a significant budget for a left-wing transfer, particularly if the team advances through the Champions League play-off round. Rowe, who attracted interest from other major European clubs for his performances in the second half of the season, is reportedly a primary target on Fenerbahçe’s transfer list. It is also said that the club is monitoring Jamie Bynoe-Gittens of Chelsea as an alternative. However, Bologna's management is reluctant to let Rowe leave, especially after Castro's departure and the expected transfer of Lucumí. The Italian side would only be open to letting the player leave if an offer significantly above his market value is made, and it is noted that Rowe’s response to the interest will be a key factor in a potential move. Rowe joined Bologna in August 2025 and recorded 3 goals and 3 assists in 28 Serie A appearances last season. His contract runs until 2029, his Transfermarkt market value is €28.00m, and he has also been linked with several Premier League clubs, including Everton and Manchester United. The winger has 10 caps and 3 goals for the England U21 team.
