Slovenian international Jon Gorenc Stankovic, a 30-year-old defensive midfielder, was linked with a move to Turkey, and a top-flight club is even said to have made an offer. Michael Parensen, the Sporting director of his club, SK Sturm Graz, denies the rumor, stating that there is nothing to it and that the club has not received an offer. Stankovic, who has 33 caps and one goal for Slovenia, is under contract with the Austrian side until June 2027 and has a current Transfermarkt market value of €2.50m.
