This proposal was presented to Fluminense's management on Monday evening, while the team was in Colombia for a Copa Libertadores match. Fluminense intends to assess the offer upon their return home, though they are expected to demand a higher amount and aim to retain at least 10% of Kennedy's economic rights. This renewed interest comes after previous unsuccessful negotiations earlier in the year, during which Shakhtar had proposed 10 million euros for Kennedy in May. Despite these earlier efforts, both parties were unable to finalize an agreement at that time.
