Joeri Heerkens has reached an agreement with Ajax over a five-year contract. The clubs have reached an agreement in principle. Ajax will pay two million euros fixed, a maximum of one and a half million euros in bonuses, and ten percent of any future transfer fee. The transfer is expected to be finalized once the paperwork is completed and the medical examination is passed.
