1. FC Köln is interested in Joël Monteiro from BSC Young Boys. The player fits well into the 3-4-3 system preferred by coach Lukas Kwasniok. Monteiro is entering the last year of his contract, and a transfer fee of around two to three million euros is expected. Despite missing the end of the season due to an ankle ligament injury, he was the third top scorer for his team.
