Joe Boggan, a 19-year-old English-Italian centre-forward, has signed a two-year deal with Livingston. The former Blackburn Rovers Under-21 striker was released by the club in the summer, where he was one of several academy players let go. Boggan joined the Scottish Championship side after impressing as a trialist, and his appearance in a recent friendly against Hearts resulted in Livingston offering him a full-time contract. During his time in Lancashire, he had also been on loan at Macclesfield and FC United of Manchester.
