Bologna is monitoring Club Brugge's 21-year-old left-back Joaquin Seys but faces considerable competition to sign him. The Belgian international, who has three caps for his country, is also being followed by two top clubs in Serie A, AS Roma and AC Milan. Additionally, there is interest from the Premier League, where Newcastle United has reportedly placed Seys on their wish list, and Crystal Palace is also interested in signing the player. Seys' contract at Club Brugge is valid until June 2029 and he has scored one goal and provided three assists in 29 Jupiler Pro League appearances this season. His current Transfermarkt valuation is €17.00m, and it was reported in January 2026 that Club Brugge would require a minimum of €20 million for a transfer.
