João Félix Transfer from Chelsea to Flamengo

Flamengo has expressed interest in acquiring João Félix for the FIFA Club World Cup, according to information published by reporter Venê Casagrande on YouTube and confirmed by ESPN. It was reported that negotiations between Flamengo and João Félix's representatives began about a month ago. However, the talks have stalled as Flamengo needs to outbid competition from other European clubs. João Félix, currently owned by Chelsea and on loan to Milan until the end of the ongoing European season, is not expected to stay with the Italian team. Flamengo, having invested only in one other attacking player, Juninho from Qarabag, for 5 million euros this season, is eager to bolster its squad. The Portuguese forward has scored nine goals in 40 matches this season across both Chelsea and Milan, but has mostly been used as a bench player by Milan's coach, Sergio Conceição. Despite his high-profile transfer from Benfica to Atlético de Madrid for 127.2 million euros in the past, João Félix has struggled to make a significant impact at subsequent clubs, including Barcelona.
