Roda JC announced that they have signed Jérôme Déom to a contract that runs until mid-2027 and includes an option for an additional year. The 26-year-old midfielder joins a club currently competing for promotion from the Keuken Kampioen Divisie. He had been training with the team for several weeks, and the staff was convinced to sign him. Déom was a free agent because his contract at AS Eupen was not extended last summer. He played for AS Eupen for the past four seasons, making nearly 70 appearances in the Jupiler Pro League. A youth product of Standard, Déom also previously played for MVV Maastricht and is now the sixth Belgian player in the Roda JC squad.
