Panathinaikos and Hoffenheim have made the highest offers for Werder Bremen's 29-year-old Danish central midfielder, Jens Stage. However, the proposals are reportedly still significantly below the German club's demands for the player, who has a contract until 2028. During the summer of 2026, Werder Bremen's asking price was reportedly €14 million, while offers from Hoffenheim were said to be between €9 million and €10 million. The Danish international has two caps for his country. He joined Werder from FC Copenhagen in July 2022 for a reported €4 million. According to Transfermarkt, he has a current market value of €14.00m.
