According to journalist Ekrem Konur, CSKA Moscow is interested in the transfer conditions of Botafogo's winger Jeffinho and is preparing an official offer for the player.

CSKA from Russia inquired about the conditions for Jeffinho but did not make an official offer for the 26-year-old Brazilian winger, who is not in Botafogo's plans for 2026. An unnamed Chinese club has made a loan proposal for the player, and Santos has also recently shown interest in a permanent transfer. Jeffinho's transfer to Botafogo from Olympique Lyonnais in January 2025 was for a reported fee of €5.3 million. He had previously moved to the French club in January 2023 for €10.0 million. His contract is valid until the end of 2028, and according to Transfermarkt, his market value is €4.50m.
