Jean Franco Sarmiento's contract with Radomiak Radom will expire at the end of the year and will not be extended. He returned from a loan at Odra Opole but failed to secure a spot under coach Bruno Baltazar, playing only two league matches for a total of thirteen minutes this season. The club has the option to extend his contract, but they have chosen not to exercise it.
