Recent reports have suggested that 18-year-old Polish centre-back Jan Leszczyński could move to Pogon Grodzisk Mazowiecki, a partner club of Legia Warszawa. Although the transfer is reportedly not certain, Pogon's coach, Piotr Stokowiec, stated on Polskie Radio RDC that he strongly expects the move to happen. He admitted that he would like to sign at least one player from the Warsaw team this winter and expressed a desire for Jan Leszczyński to join his squad. Leszczyński joined Legia Warsaw II in January 2024 and has a contract until June 30, 2029.
