Arne Slot is reportedly searching the market for defensive reinforcements and has made Bijol a primary target. Leeds United have reportedly indicated that the defender will not be sold for a low price and are prepared to demand a significant fee should they decide to sell this summer. Leeds signed Bijol from Udinese last summer for approximately £15 million and his contract runs until 2030. Liverpool may see Bijol as an alternative to more expensive targets and will likely have to pay a substantial fee to persuade Leeds to sell him.
