SV Ried have signed 23-year-old South African offensive player Jaedin Rhodes from Cape Town City. Rhodes, who has previously played for the national team, signed a contract until 2028 with an option for an additional year. Wolfgang Fiala, managing director of sport at Ried, described Jaedin Rhodes as a direct player who is very good in pressing and has a good awareness of depth.

According to Oberösterreichischen Nachrichten, South African offensive player Jaedin Rhodes arrived in Innviertel on Thursday. He is scheduled to undergo a medical examination on Friday to join SV Ried. OÖN quotes the club's Geschäftsführer Sport, Wolfgang Fiala, as saying that the contract is already signed. SV Ried will pay a transfer fee of an unknown amount to Cape Town City, where the 23-year-old was last under contract.

Wolfgang Fiala confirmed that Jaedin Rhodes is to join SV Ried for an offensive wing position.
