Jacopo Sardo Transfer from Monza to Pescara

Tuttomercato reports that Jacopo Sardo is expected to move to Pescara in a move involving Milan.

According to Pescarasport24.it, contacts for Monza midfielder Jacopo Sardo have been established for days and the negotiation is reportedly almost closed, with only the final details remaining to be settled. Sardo was previously close to joining Pescara last summer before the club withdrew at the final stage, but it is expected that the outcome will be different this time. The Under 20 international is set to have the opportunity to display his abilities after not receiving playing time at Monza.

Tuttomercato reports on the dramatic last-minute block of Sardo's transfer to Pescara by Monza. Pescara intended to sign Sardo, but Monza blocked the transfer half an hour before the market closed.

According to Tuttomercato, Jacopo Sardo's transfer from Monza to Pescara is imminent. Pescara is nearing the completion of Sardo's transfer, which will be a loan deal that includes an option to buy and a counter-option for Monza. The agreement was reached following a meeting with the player's agents. Sardo, who previously played for Lazio's Primavera team and had a brief stint with Saarbrucken in Germany, was Monza's first signing of the summer. However, he is now poised to leave the club for another Serie B team, Pescara. Born in 2005, Sardo drew attention during the 2023/24 season by scoring eight goals in 25 league appearances for Lazio's Primavera, leading to his move to Saarbrucken. Unfortunately, he made only two appearances there and scored three goals in the Landespokal Saarland before being sidelined by injuries, including a collateral ligament rupture in January. Pescara, having recently secured promotion, is anticipated to announce his acquisition officially in the coming days.
