Swansea City Under-21s' Welsh midfielder Jacob Cook, who is 19, has joined Hemel Hempstead on loan until January 2027, pending necessary clearance. The purpose of the move to the National League South club is for Cook to acquire more first-team experience. He has been part of Swansea's setup since the under-nine level.
