Leicester City are reportedly preparing an offer for Jack Diamond, a 26-year-old English winger at Stockport County, before the transfer window closes. According to Football League World, Leicester has identified Diamond as a target to strengthen their attack, and a bid of around £500,000 is said to be in preparation. Diamond joined Stockport in July 2024. This interest arises as the winger is in the final 12 months of his contract with Stockport. A report from Peter O'Rourke in June had previously named Lincoln City and Portsmouth as other potential destinations. Last December, Stockport were believed to value the player at approximately £1 million. The club also rejected a £750,000 offer from Luton Town on the last day of the winter transfer window. Diamond's current market value on Transfermarkt is €700k.
