Baltika Kaliningrad has expressed interest in signing Ivan Oleynikov, a 27-year-old Russian midfielder from Krylia Sovetov. Nevertheless, Oleynikov has declined the offer, indicating a preference to play in Moscow. In addition to Baltika, both Sochi and Akhmat Grozny have shown interest in acquiring Oleynikov, but he has rejected these options as well. The midfielder is reportedly hopeful that Lokomotiv Moscow will present a new offer, after having three previous bids turned down by Krylia Sovetov. Oleynikov has been a part of Krylia Sovetov since the summer of 2024 and is under contract with them until the summer of 2027. Transfermarkt currently values the player at €1.40 million.
