Iván Alejo Transfer from Cádiz to Real Valladolid
AS has reported on Iván Alejo's official signing with Real Valladolid. Iván Alejo has returned to the club where he grew up in the youth academy and had long aspired to play. Demonstrating his commitment to the club, Alejo opted to forgo a lucrative contract in Nicosia in favor of signing a two-year deal at Zorrilla, with the intention of aiding the team in its efforts to return to the top division. His return to Valladolid follows a career that included stints at several other teams, such as Alcorcón, Eibar, Getafe, Málaga, and Cádiz, where he played for five and a half seasons. Although a previous agreement for the 21-22 season was not realized due to the choice of Gonzalo Plata, Alejo now joins Valladolid, bringing with him the experience of over 200 professional matches, and is prepared to add his intensity and flair to the team's promotion ambitions.
