According to A Bola, Milan is among the Italian clubs in a leading position to negotiate with Veneza for Issa Doumbia.

Tuttomercato reports that Serie A teams are interested in Issa Doumbia, and that Milan is among the clubs named.

According to Nicolo Schira, Issa Doumbia is being monitored by AC Milan, AS Roma, and Inter. Doumbia is a 22-year-old Italian midfielder for Venezia and an Italy U21 international. He joined Venezia in July 2024 with a contract until 2029. In 31 Serie B appearances this season, he has scored 6 goals and provided 5 assists. His current Transfermarkt valuation is €8.00m. Reports from February 2026 stated that Venezia would only negotiate for amounts of €10 million or more, and that the club had rejected multiple offers of around €6 million in January.
