Isaac Obeng, a forward from Ghana who previously played for Teruel in the Segunda RFEF, has committed to a three-year contract with Cádiz. The 22-year-old is set to join the first team's preseason training on July 7, followed by a training camp in Benalup starting on July 21. The decision on whether Obeng will be part of the Segunda División squad is expected to be made by coach Gaizka Garitano. Before joining Cádiz, Obeng had stints with Unionistas de Salamanca and Logroñés in the Primera RFEF and contributed to Teruel's promotion by scoring three goals. He is the fourth player to be signed by Cádiz for the upcoming LaLiga Hypermotion season, joining midfielders Jesús Fernández 'Suso', Sergio Ortuño, and Joaquín González.
