Kifisia has signed Ioannis Kousoulos, the captain of Omonoia. Kousoulos is a 30-year-old defensive midfielder from Cyprus. The deal was reportedly not a straightforward one for the club. Before the move, Levadiakos had also shown interest in the player. He had also previously been linked with Asteras AKTOR. Kousoulos joined Omonia in July 2018 and had a contract with the club that was valid until May 2027. He has 50 caps and 4 goals for Cyprus.
