Hellas Verona player Ioan Vermeșan is set to join 'U' Cluj, despite rumors that he was in negotiations with Atalanta. Verona has agreed to loan the U21 international with an option for a permanent transfer. It was also reported that two other SuperLigă clubs, Dinamo and CFR Cluj, were interested in the forward this summer.
