Vorskla Poltava invited 20-year-old Ukrainian central midfielder Ilya Badenko from Oleksandriya for a trial. Vorskla Poltava currently cannot register new players due to a transfer ban. According to interim coach Valeriy Kutsenko, the club's management allowed players they wanted to see to come for a trial. Badenko, who joined Oleksandriya-2 in July 2024, has a contract until May 2026. He has made two appearances for the Ukraine U19 national team and has played in nine matches for his club in the Druga Liga this season.
