Having been nurtured within Lech's academy, he has demonstrated significant potential in the youth divisions, clinching two Polish championships in the U-15 and U-19 categories. Born on March 1, 2007, in Śrem, Draszczyk entered Lech's academy at the age of 11, following his promising performances at Pogoń Książ Wielkopolski and UKS Śrem. His progression has been consistent, highlighted by a training camp with the first team in Belek ahead of the 2024 spring season. In the previous season, he participated in the Central Junior League, netting six goals across 28 matches, and made his first appearance in the third division reserves.
